About us:
DKC is a locally owned construction company and we are now looking for employees to join our team. We specialize in New Construction; semi and fully custom homes and ADU/s, and Remodels; bathrooms, kitchens, decks and fences. Servicing all of the Rogue Valley, we like to provide positive, honest and quality work. Specific Skills we use often are
Concrete- Demo, Pads, Foundations & Footings
Framing- Joists, Walls, Rafters/Trusses, Sheathing etc.
Door and Window Install
Siding
Metal Roofing
Tile and Masonry
Interior/Exterior Trim and Finish work
Specific position:
Construction Laborer. We are currently seeking a Construction Laborer starting at an entry level position who has at least some experience with basic construction skills (use of measuring tools, use of corded and cordless tools, use of air powered tools etc.) and has at least basic tools. We are looking for employees that are reliable and hardworking. Regardless of skill, prospective employees need to be able to take direction, can lift 50+ lbs and have reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
Hours and Compensation:
The position would be part-full time, 3-5 days a week depending on experience and capability at time of hire but ideally would move into a full time position when able.
Wages will also depend on experience, capability and skill set. They will initially start at $18-$24/ hr for this position with raises available upon reliability and proven value to our team. As we are a growing company and we want our employees to grow with us and there is plenty of room for upward mobility for the right team members.
