Job Title: Rental Property Maintenance Handyman
We are looking to hire a self-driven and motivated individual with construction experience to do rent ready repairs for our company. Must have own tools and transportation to and from job sites. Mileage paid.
Starting wage- $21-$30 (depends on experience)
The ideal candidate will have experience in at least some of the following, with a willingness to learn/expand skills:
1. Excellent time management skills with ability to work efficiently with little supervision.
2. Appliance removal and installation.
3. Flooring removal, repair, and installation.
4. Drywall demolition, installation, repair, patching, and finishing work (including painting).
5. Basic plumbing knowledge-(Can you replace toilet valves and garbage disposals?)
6. Water heater replacement.
7. Basic electrical understanding-(Can you replace a light switches and power outlets?)
8. Roof installation and repair.
9. Fence installation and repair.
10. Flat work or concrete demolition and repairs.
11. Carpet cleaning experience.
12. Ability to communicate clearly in written and verbal forms.
13. Good driving record.
14. Drug free.
