We are looking to hire multiple Journeyman and apprentice Electricians. We have immediate opportunities available for all phases of electrical work, from residential to service to commercial and industrial . We have every size of contractor, from a two man shop to a 80+ man shop. You pick what type of work you like to do and who you would like to work for, all of our contractors are currently looking for Journeyman . We represent over 25 contractors throughout Southern Oregon and Northern California. Our contractors have secured more work than we have seen in our area in a long time. We are in need of multiple journeyman and indentured apprentices. An indentured apprentice is an apprentice who is currently working in the trade and/or attending apprenticeship school. We have MULTIPLE IMMEDIATE OPPORTUNITIES available for local work. $1000 sign on incentive available to Journeyman and Indentured Apprentices who have never worked for the IBEW before.

Our electricians do!

Our electrical contractors in Southern Oregon and Northern California all pay “prevailing wage” on all jobs, not just publicly funded projects. Have you ever worked for 13 hours in a day and not received overtime? All of our contractors pay overtime (1 1/2 times the regular rate) after you have worked 8 hours in a day, and double time after 10 hours in a day even if you don’t have 40 hours in the week. They also provide most of the tools, all you need are your basic hand tools (Yes they even provide specialty bits and drill bits, etc. too! Keeping more of your hard earned money in your pocket).

Whether you are looking to do residential, commercial, industrial or you like specialized systems or service work we have a contractor that does the type of work you prefer. We are always looking for Journeyman and apprentice electricians and are offering a $1000 sign on bonus for both! The current wage package for all Journeyman electricians is:

- $37.91 on the check

- $10.05 medical, dental and vision insurance

- $6.85 towards multiple retirements

- .58 vacation

Total hourly compensation = $55.39

EFFECTIVE 1/1/22 THE WAGE WILL INCREASE BY $2.44 AN HOUR AND THE PENSION CONTRIBUTION WILL INCREASE 81 CENTS AN HOUR

Total annual compensation based on 2080 hours = $115,211.20
