We are a design/build residential construction company based in Ashland with a focus on smaller-scale new custom homes.
We are looking to hire a carpenter with experience in new residential construction (framing, windows and doors, siding and interior trim).
Licensed contractor or employee status are both possibilities.
The ideal candidate will have:
-Ideally a full tool setup and be self-contained, but at a minimum, will need a toolbelt with basic handtools.
-reliable transportation
-an interest in expanding their skill-set, sustainable building, and building science.
-an appreciation of building and craftsmanship with a commitment to making our jobsites productive as well as an enjoyable place to work. If you don't enjoy carpentry and building please don't apply.
