Highway Products/PAVATI Boats is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in
Southern Oregon. Our fast-growing company has been in business for 40 years and continues
to grow! Our brands market and sell to a few target demographics including but not limited to the outdoors, automotive and boating industries. We manufacture and sell the most innovative and cutting edge products in each of these industries.

Job Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Manage and execute company's overall marketing strategy
- Maintain, build and service company's AdWords, paid social media and all other ad accounts
- Work with Director of Marketing and Director of Sales to identify, prioritize, and execute initiatives and
campaigns
- Track KPIs to determine overall performance and ROI of ad sets
- Generate monthly reports to track marketing & campaign/ad performance
- Constantly use data to evolve, strengthen and build digital strategy
- Develop and maintain a clean, well organized library of all company's digital initiatives
- Develop, evaluate and over see the implementation of A/B testing
- Manage digital budget and suggest budget increases/decreases/re-allocations backed up by organized data and
results
Job Requirements of the Candidate:
- Must be proficient with Google AdWords and Social Media
- 3 + years experience in digital marketing and advertising
- Proven track record managing budgets and optimizing ROI
- A well organized workflow and transparency of account(s) management
- A team player attitude. We are a super creative team!

Benefits/Hours:
- Full-Time Position. M-F 8:30am - 5:00pm
- Salary is $40k - 70k
