Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, schedule, and train a small production team
Oversee production, packaging, and inventory management
Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
Collaborate on product development and process improvements
Qualifications:
Experience in food production or seafood processing
Leadership and organizational skills
Able to lift 50 lbs and work in cold/wet environments
Food Handler’s card (or within 30 days)
