Our Pacific City lodging properties are looking for individuals to join our guest services team who enjoy sharing their love for hospitality with visitors and guests.

The Inn at Cape Kiwanda and Headlands Coastal Lodge and Spa caters to adventure-seekers and the active Pacific NW lifestyle. Our brands are unique in style and features. Hotel rooms and cottages are carefully appointed and offer a breathtaking view of the ocean, Haystack Rock, and Cape Kiwanda. Our Harts Camp airstream hotel is a fun-loving property featuring "offbeat luxury".

The role of the guest service agent serves as an ambassador of our brands. They welcome guests as they begin their vacation time, share the details of the property they are staying, respond to guest requests, and ensure that the details of their stay are just as we promise.

As a Guest Service Associate, you know you are successful when

Co-workers depend on you to lead the way in completing the daily tasks and proactively communicating guest requests and the information that will ensure seamless service.

Guests know you by name and seek your assistance.

Guests know of all the amenities, services, and opportunities that are available to them during their stay.

You are Accountable for

Our guest services team works collaboratively across the lodging departments to develop and deliver creative and personalized extraordinary experiences for our guests.

Connect with our guests to proactively determine their needs and offer services and amenities that will make their experience special.

Ensure the details of guest requests are delivered as requested and promised.

Work as a team to prioritize and complete the daily operations needs and tasks; guest check-in/out, reconcile charges, deliver guest amenities, answer guest calls.

Utilize various software to make reservations, communicate between departments and submit work orders to ensure that guest needs are delivered.

Know the special features, amenities, and services of the lodge and Pacific City area.

Deliver the brand promise in all interactions with our team and guests.

Work as a team. Recognize when a team member may need support and lend a hand, welcome desk, housekeeping, Maintenance, Meridian.

You measure success by

Guests share their great experiences in the guest survey and mention you by name.

Guest engagement goals are met.

You know the season's packages and offerings and can share them with our guests
