We're hiring an experienced line cook/pizza cook to join our team.
Job Overview
Beachcrest in Gleneden Beach, OR is looking for a line cook to prepare and cook
foods that meet the customer's needs and satisfaction. The successful candidate will
have a positive attitude, a desire to work cooperatively with others, be self-motivated, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities
Maintain a clean station
Organize and navigate kitchen and storage areas
Setup stock station with necessary supplies, restock when necessary
Prepare food for cooking (chopping vegetables, processing pizza dough,
preparing sauces)
Cook menu items in cooperation with other kitchen staff
Handle appropriate plating and presentation
Job Qualifications
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Knowledge of basic recipes, ingredients, and preparation methods
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Exacting and efficient in following precise directions
Attention to detail
Strong listener and communicator
Team player
Time management skills
Attention to hygiene and sanitation
References will be required. Hours for this position are part-time or full-time and flexible.

Wages start at $16+ per hour DOE plus tips. Tips can vary from around $6/hr to around $30/hr depending on the season or the shift and are not guaranteed, but the average tip/hr is around $17/hr.
Requirements: must have a valid Oregon Food Handler’s Card and be 18 years of age or older.
