The Lodging Team services several parts of Kiwanda Hospitality's Family of Companies. Headlands Coastal Lodge and Spa, our oceanfront luxury property. The Inn at Cape Kiwanda, our hotel just steps away from the beach, Hart’s Camp, our Airstream hotel and RV park, and Open Nest Vacation Rentals who manages vacation rental homes.
The Public Area Attendant is responsible for cleaning all surfaces, windows and floors in all public areas at the Headlands Coastal Lodge and Spa. This includes the lobby, lounge, restaurant, banquet spaces, spa lobby, employee and public restrooms.
Tasks:
Provide exceptional guest service in the public areas.
Maintain Headlands Coastal Lodge and Spa cleanliness and presentation standards in the public areas, spa, restrooms and banquet spaces.
Clean rooms as required including before and/or after scheduled housekeeper hours.
Provide turn down service, upon request.
Maintain safety standards at all times.
Education Preferred:High School Graduate or Equivalent.
Nice to have: Previous hotel-related experience.
