Cooks and prepares the Breakfast Buffet. Keeps the food replenished all through breakfast. Must be able to work early mornings. Must be reliable and dependable. Will create and post all tickets for the buffet using a computer. Cash handling. Will pick up the dishes and wash the dishes. Must stock the buffet room during and after shift is completed. Stock the Café 2 go items in the lobby. Must be able to work alone. Great customer service. Will train the right person if no experience. Food handlers card needed. Must follow all procedures and policies in the kitchen.
