We are looking for an experienced team of two to join our team as the Resident Manager(s) on Duty / Front Desk Manager Job
Duties include but are not limited to Front Desk, Maintenance and supervising Housekeeping as well as making reservations. Must cross train for night audit.
Respond to guest needs, special requests and complaints.
Checking guests in and out of the hotel Maintain a professional and high quality service oriented environment at all times.
Other duties as business and demand dictates.
Qualifications and Skills needed:
Have a minimum of 1 year management or supervisory experience in a hotel.
Must have Hotel Front Desk experience.
Proven ability to manage and direct staff.
Excellent customer service skills. enthusiastic, out-going personality and interpersonal skills.
Be detail-oriented and capable of effective written and verbal communication.
Note: This position functions primarily in a hotel business office setting and the employee will be required to operate a computer, and communicate verbally and in writing.
