Vacation Rental cleanings & prep
Qualifications:
Perfect job for someone needing to supplement their income or home from college/school for the summer. Not to exclude someone looking for full time pay with part time hours, we just don't supply benefits at this time, but we are growing exponentially.
Must have a car & driver's license, be dependable & trustworthy. Experience a plus, but good work ethic, communication, & attention to detail a must!
Must be able to pass a background check & drug test. Must have daycare, babysitters, or after school/summer camp plans in place for child care, they can NOT be on the job sites nor any other persons other than yourself. Most of our properties have cameras on the premises.
Job pays a flat fee per rental, we do not pay per hour as each rental is different. We pay once a month at the first of the month, also you would be an I-9 employee and responsible for your own taxes. This is technically a part time position, but could be 7 days a week, weekends (Sundays specifically) and holidays are always busy.
Hours are:
10:45am thru 4pm daily when bookings are scheduled
