Housekeeper for large Newport-area vacation rental. Approximately 50-60 cleanings per year + occasional extra duties with additional compensation such as deep cleaning, basic yard work, opening house for service/repair personnel, taking left behind items to post office, etc. Must live in or near Newport, have reliable transportation and ability to be punctual, and cellphone service, past housekeeping experience and able to provide relevant references. Cleaning supplies provided/financed through homeowner.
