What you will do:
Run various cheese making equipment, including shrink wrapping and food processing machinery.
Assist Cheesemaker with making high quality products.
Effectively communicate with supervisors and team members throughout process.
Maintain records and detailed labels.
Adhere to strict sanitary standards throughout the manufacturing process, with all equipment and in the facility.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to meet physical requirements of position, including lifting up to 60+ pounds on a continuous basis.
Consistent standing, walking, reaching and climbing.
Must be able to taste, smell, feel and observe samples for quality control.
Schedule: Shift 8am-4pm. Full Time. Weekend work can be required.
