Must be reliable, have some experience, and be self-motivated. We are looking for someone who can put up/take down real estate signs, perform minor maintenance, and other additional duties, as needed. Someone with "handy-man" skills is a plus.
Candidate must:
-Be able to lift at least 75 lbs.
-Have a neat appearance, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record.
-You MUST have your own truck to use. You will be paid mileage.
Hours vary, as support is needed. Flexible schedule. No weekends or evenings. Our company is an equal opportunity employer and values workers of all ages.
