Route Driver – Sweet Septic and Portable Service Seaside, Oregon. If you are energetic, like to work independently and know how to manage your time efficiently this will be a great fit for you.
Location: Route will include Oregon North Coast: Astoria to Tillamook.
Benefits: Medical and Dental Benefits offered after 60 days, 1-week PTO after 1 year of employment. Paid holidays, and paid sick leave.
Wages: paid weekly starting at $20 per hour. Schedule: Monday- Friday with some weekends, Year-round FT+ work. We offer regular raises based on performance.
Job responsibilities: Drive to customer sites to pump, clean and service portable restrooms. Pump out septic tanks. Emptying trucks at waste treatment facilities. You will maintain and service all route customers according to company standards and procedures. This position is labor intensive, requiring lifting, reaching and bending while servicing portable toilets, and septic systems. The routine day consists of approximately 60% driving and 40% servicing portable toilets at designated locations.
Skills: Clean driving record and pass the required DOT physical and drug screen (no CDL required), Ability to lift 50-150 pounds throughout the day. Ideal candidate will have one or more years in a service-related role with troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, Able to commute to Seaside Oregon daily.
After 2 months on the job and training, successful drivers will be able to; Drive and complete a route provided on your phone, You can properly service a unit in 5 mins or less. You communicate with your supervisor/dispatch to resolve issues.
