I am looking for person(s), man, or woman, to work with me begining in April-May through the summer for home remodeling at my house in Pt. Orford. You will work with me doing a variety interior work such as demolition/drywall removal, framing, room insulation and concrete sidewalk/porch installation, etc. I will provide hand tools as required and safety equipment ( gloves, eye/hearing protection, and dust masks). Light lifting up to 50#'s will be expected, no power tool operating will be required, a maximum 8 hour work day plus break for lunch, minimum age of 18 y/o is required and safety is my primary concern when working.
I am a retired civil engineer with home construction/journeyman skills willing to instruct/train the person. I am willing to be flexible with your availability for weekday/weekends throughout the summer and to assist with your travel cost.
