A Direct Support Professional (DSP) at Rise can expect to be a part of an amazing team that assists the individuals we serve to live quality lives! DSPs support individuals to meet their goals by helping them access the community and engage in meaningful activities. Heres a perk: this means you get paid to do fun activities! DSPs also play an important role in supporting individuals to live safe and healthy lives by assisting with medication management, hygiene support, behavior support, skill building, meal preparation, and home cleanliness.

Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must have a Driver's License and be able to pass a background screening.
Willingness and availability to complete paid trainings.
Interest in serving others and working with adults with disabilities.
Additional paid training (OIS, CPR/FA, Medication Administration, OSHA, and person-specific training) is provided to ensure that you are comfortable providing quality support to the individuals we serve.
