Condominium development in Cannon Beach Oregon looking for a Resident Supervisor. As part of your compensation, you will live rent free in a newly renovated 1 bedroom private apartment on the property. Additionally, you will also receive a competitive hourly rate for parttime work. Approximately 20-24 hours a week. Responsibilities include some weekend property supervision, principal weekend contact with homeowners and janitorial duties. About 8 hours a week there may be some addition needs but hours are flexible. If you already have commitments on weekdays, we can work with you to coordinate. Breakers Point is a smoke free property and does not accept pets in the Manager's Apartment.
