Candidate must possess skills to recruit agents to grow office or bring agents to organization when hired.
Knowledge of the community and connection- Involvement with Real Estate Organizations, Chamber of Commerce, Non profit engagement. Office Events for agents and community.
Daily and weekly meetings- Focus- Market updates, Real Estate Software training, sales training, National and Regional Real Estate Form updates etc.
Strong knowledge of Real Estate Contracts and negotiations - Transaction Reviewing.
Coordinating education, trainings, support updates for new and veteran Real Estate agents - both in group and independent planned meetings with agents. Manager or Real Estate related Professional lead meetings including regularly required educational hours. Visiting Real Estate related professional must be able to provide Credit Hour certificates.
