Operating indoor farm needs an experienced grower to maximize performance and efficiency. The farm is part of a vertically Integrated infrastructure onsite. Success is not gifted and requires hard work by serious individuals that have a fire for success and growth. We need an experienced motivated grower to come in and take the bulls by the horns. As the equitable owner to the business, “Help me Help you”. I have been in the Oregon Cannabis industry for over 7 years now and experienced great times and the hardships of these past 2-3 years. However, extremely optimistic about cannabis short term opportunities including national distribution and financial markets securitization. Know what an efficient operation should produce and excuses are for parents and spouses. This position is for an experienced grower who will know exactly what needs to be done and does not need supervision. My business relations are straight forward. Do whatever you agreed to and I will do the same. I’m looking for someone that can work with me opposed to for me. Look forward to meeting the person this job is intended for.
