We are currently searching for an experienced on site/full time Mon-Fri maintenance man for a 70 unit (Dorm) style apartment complex. This is located in Lincoln City, Oregon. The position will include an apartment if on site plus wage. Will consider a couple which would determine a one bedroom or studio included in compensation. Wages depending on experience.
