The General Manager is the king pin of the store. This individual may hire, make schedules and manage every aspect of their Domino's environment.Pay: $1,000–$1,100 per week (salary), plus a period profit bonus that includes cost control and service incentives, plus separate bonuses for high inspection scores from NSF and Domino's.Benefits: Full-time management team members are eligible for co-pay health insurance. General Managers get 1 week of paid vacation per year.
