We are seeking a Bookkeeper to join our dynamic accounting
team. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy of financial records and supporting
the company’s operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
● Establish and manage various accounts.
● Maintain accurate financial records by posting and verifying transactions.
● Develop and implement bookkeeping policies and procedures.
● Create and maintain a chart of accounts to account for financial transactions.
● Manage multiple clients accounts by verifying, allocating, and reconciling
transactions.
● Reconcile discrepancies to ensure balanced subsidiary accounts and general
ledgers.
● Prepare trial balances and assist accountants in the preparation of financial
statements.
● Compile, analyze, and summarize financial data to prepare reports.
● Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial regulations.
● Monitor budget performance and identify variances.
● Provide guidance to clients on financial compliance requirements.
● Support additional financial activities, including payroll processing and invoice
generation.
Qualifications
● 3 years previous bookkeeping experience
● Solid knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting principles.
● Proficiency in accounting software such as Quickbooks online/desktop and advanced skills in
Microsoft Excel.
● Excellent analytical abilities and keen attention to detail.
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills
● Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.
