Experienced Resident Management TEAM of 2 wanted to manage the daily operations of a Self Storage facility.
$17.50 to $19.50 an hour each depending on experience , 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment, all utilities included, and a complimentary 10x10 storage unit.
Schedule is full-time: Monday-Saturday
2 weeks paid vacation after 1 year, paid holidays, sick days, and health insurance.
Must have computer, sales, and maintenance skills. Property management experience a plus. Must also be able to lift 50 lbs, have a valid driver’s license, and a vehicle.
Good employment references and criminal background check required.
