Maddy's Lottery Locations is looking for an EXPERIENCED Operations Manager to help run our 10 plus locations all over the Portland Area. We are looking for the right candidate that is truly experienced in this area of Food, Beverage and Hospitality. Lottery knowledge would be a fantastic attribute as well. Knowledge of the State of Oregon Lottery Laws, Statutes and Regulations would be very helpful. We will be celebrating our 25th Anniversary this year and we are growing at a very fast pace with adding more locations. The right person would be the right hand to our company's Vice President with a very hands on approach at all locations throughout the week. Having knowledge of what it takes to open a new location would also be very beneficial.

Job Description:

Overseeing the daily operations of all locations and communicating with our District Lead Managers then reporting on a daily basis with our VP.

Take part in daily cash drops and bank deposits.

Developing and maintaining relationships with all of our Vendors, Contractors, Etc.

Marketing and Development on existing locations and opening of new locations.

You are the eyes on the ground of all things Maddy's! The ability to notice and foresee issues and take the initiative and responsibility to get things done at all of our locations.

Oversee our District Leads and all staff.

Constant contact and communication with our VP of Operations.

Understanding of this industry and your position having the availability of 7 days a week. ( Not saying you won't have days off but an understanding that this business is a "OPEN 7 DAYS A WEEK, 365 DAYS A YEAR" that your position is overseeing.

Experience & Qualifications:

Excel, Quickbooks and Outlook is a must!

Knowledge of how to generate and read Company P&L's and Balance Sheets.

Proven Management and Leadership Skills in Food, Beverage and Hospitality Industry.

Experience managing a staff of over 20 employees.

Excellent problem solving abilities.

Responsible and professional attitude.

Outgoing and able to communicate and get along with customers and employees while maintaining professional environment.
