We are looking for an EXPERIENCED PROPERTY MANAGER, to manage the daily operations of a storage facility and U-Haul dealership.
40 hours a week, Tuesday - Saturday.
$17.25 per hour, plus a 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment with a den, all utilities included, commissions, bonus, 2 weeks paid vacation after the first year, paid sick time, paid holidays, a complimentary storage unit, and health benefits.
Apartment is open concept, with a den, air conditioning, washer & dryer, a built-in microwave, and walk-in closet
Must have computer, sales, and maintenance skills. Property management experience a plus. Must also be able to lift 50 lbs and have a valid driver’s license. Good employment references and criminal background check required.
