Field Manager
to oversee a large Janitorial/Facilities Maintenance Contract in Clark County. Must have a business background along with experience in Janitorial/Facilities Maintenance. Will be directly responsible for overseeing 20+ staff and coordinating work to be done, etc.
Must have:
Strong Computer Skills
Ability to create schedules and hold people accountable
Business Acumen
Mechanically inclined
Sales experience
Management experience
Ability to resolve issues and address conflict
We seek an organized individual who can multitask and manage projects without direct supervision. The candidate must be able to manage their schedule, set appointments with staff and clients, and attend weekly management meetings via Zoom or in person. The candidate must also be comfortable speaking in groups and interacting with people from various backgrounds.
Sales will be a large part of this position as we prepare to expand in this area.
We primarily service state and local government entities and federal clients. Applicants must pass a criminal background check and fingerprinting.
