We are looking for a motivated, outgoing, and dependable Leasing Specialist to join our staff!
This is a full-time position; Tuesday - Saturday.
We are a local property management company looking for a professional Leasing Specialist. You will have the opportunity to assist people in finding their perfect apartment home. You will focus primarily on marketing and showing apartment homes, answering phones, completing paperwork, as well as maintaining positive relationships with current residents and colleagues.
Prior property management experience is not required. Sales, retail, restaurant, customer service experience a plus.
Position Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and transportation
- Ability to lift, push and pull up to 25 pounds
- Stand/walk/sit for long periods of time and climb stairs
- English Literacy with good writing mechanics and spelling
- Proficient computer skills in a Windows environment
- High School or equivalent
- Pre-employment credit, criminal and drug screening are required
Compensation:
$20-22 hour, plus monthly bonus potential. We also offer medical, holiday pay, and paid vacation.
