Responsibilities – BDC Service Coordinator:
Answer incoming service department calls and work with vehicle owners to book appointments for vehicle services and repairs
Answer general service questions and route calls to other staff when needed
Manage customer created web appointments
Work with advisors and parts to coordinate part availability for coming appointments
Supervise lot staff to make sure adequate coverage by assigning duties as needed
Outbound calls as directed to set appointments for recalls and parts that have arrived along with scheduling maintenance that is coming due
Assist with other duties as needed / assigned
Requirements – BDC Service Coordinator:
This is an onsite position
Automotive dealership experience is a plus!
Prior Clerical, Administrative, or BDC experience preferred
Experience handling high call volume preferred
Steady work history required
Great phone voice and experience handling high-call volume
Must have the ability to multi-task
Outgoing and a fast learner
Must be skilled with Computer Data Entry and Microsoft Word & Excel, as well as Multi-Line Phone systems
Must be reliable
Professional appearance and a positive attitude
Valid driver's license
