Possesses good computer skills
Experienced in utility account management and payment receipting
Primary Responsibilities:
First point of contact for customers and visitors
Present the District in a professional manner
Answer, research, and respond to routine account inquiries
Utility bill payment receipt and processing
Batch online, phone, and IVR payments and month-end adjustments
Manage District phone system and answering service
Salary Range: $4,373 to $5,717 per month
Starting Salary: $4,373 to $5,000 per month, DOQ
