We are looking to add a Client Outreach Coordinator to our dynamic Portland team!

Work Hours: Monday - Friday; 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, some overtime as needed
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
-Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
-Well-organized with attention to detail
-Assertive and comfortable interacting with the public
-Over-the-phone sales competency
-Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
-Basic understanding of building science or general construction preferred
Responsibilities:
-Take incoming calls from prospective GreenSavers clients
-Inform about and sell Home Performance Audits, Beyond Net Zero Audits, and Home Energy Consultations to new and existing clients
-Sell enrollment into the GreenSavers Home Performance Plan to new and existing clients
-Follow protocols for scheduling energy audits and estimates for new clients
-Accurately fill out the GS client intake form
-Primary responsibility for reaching out to vendor-referred clients (i.e. Milgard, Mitsubishi, etc.)
-Primary responsibility to engage with and sell water heaters to Home Depot water heater leads
-Primary responsibility for reaching out to and scheduling appointments with Home Depot HVAC leads
-Process downstream Home Depot paperwork
