JOB DESCRIPTION
We are hiring contact center representatives for a large national credit union. This representative will be responsible for answering inbound calls to resolve client questions and concerns. This person will need to be technically capable as they will be operating on a dual monitor set up and documenting client conversations in a CRM. This representative will demonstrate the ability to upsell services and products while resolving client requests. All candidates must have availability to work 6:00am- 4:00pm AND 9:30am-6:30pm Monday- Friday. Specific shifts will be decided upon offer! Punctual attendance is required. Pay range: $18.70/hr-$20.60/hr.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 1-2 years of customer service experience (fast-paced environment)
- Must have 1 year of recent sales experience.
- Proven ability to upsell services or products in a working environment.
- Proficient computer skills (MS Office Suite, Word, Outlook, Excel)
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience working within a banking/customer service position.
- Call center experience (highly preferred)
