We expect you to be able to do the following items with limited direction and sound competency:Procure freight quotes from carriers and give information to Sales AgentsCall customers, vendors and / or logistics companies to determine if BOLâs have been received and secure a copy for the fileProcess orders within the company ERP SystemBack up Customer Service Managers (CSM) when CSMâs are not in the officeCreate and modify documents using Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint and company specific software and CRMIn order to be considered for this position you must have:A desire for professional and personal growth, and willingness to challenge your preconceived notions on a daily basis.
