Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer a large amount of incoming calls and manage appropriately
Keep all data entry very clean and accurate across multiple computer programs
Understand or quickly learn the geography of the Portland Metro area, the Columbia River Gorge, Hermiston/Pendleton and Southwest Washington
Book jobs and schedule technicians strategically
The ability to stay focused in a loud, and sometimes disruptive office
Prepare all paperwork for technicians and customers
Research property information, including county permit records
Manage all septic real estate inspections from start to finish
Keep detailed records of customer interactions while moving between jobs
Greet employees and customers walking in the door
Order and manage office supplies
Other administrative duties as assigned
