Our evenings/weekends Event Parking Customer Service Representative (CSR) performs a variety of tasks to ensure smooth operation while delivering service in a courteous and attentive manner to the guests during evenings and weekends events at the Moda Center and Keller Auditorium.
The shift start-times are generally after 5pm and they conclude between 7:30pm and 11pm depending on the event.
This is the perfect job for a student or for someone who wants to supplement their income with a part-time job.
Principal Duties
Greet arriving guests and assist in making payment for parking in a friendly and courteous manner.
Collect payment for parking [if necessary], issue entry ticket and verification of payment, make change for customers, and report and reconcile sales on shift report provided.
Control traffic at entrance and exit as needed.
Use respectful communication to assist guests with their questions, problems, concerns, and relay information to manager.
Immediately report any incidents or safety concerns to manager.
Communicate professionally with guests, client, and teammates.
Employee must be able to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Must be at least 18 years of age
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to verbally communicate with guests
Previous customer service experience, preferred
Wages and Benefits
$18 per hour (additional bonus wages paid above the actual hours worked dependent on duration of the shift)
