I am looking for an Experienced Floor Technician. I am looking for someone honest, reliable, that has pride in their work, and someone who knows different floors. I am looking for someone who knows which floors to wax and what floors not apply wax. Which floors to strip and which floors not to strip.
Responsibilities
Strip, clean, and re-coat hard floor surfaces.
Operate high speed floor burnishers, and rotary scrubbers.
Ability to use cleaning solutions and equipment
Qualifications
Floor care: 1 year (Required)
Must possess a valid driver's license
Must have reliable transportation
Must be authorized to work in the US
Physical Requirements
Must be able to effectively carry out all of the essential job duties
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50pounds
Prolonged periods standing and walking and frequently pulling, pushing, and bending.
Lift and operate machines and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time
