Customer Service Rep./ CSR $16/hr. (Portland)
-Urgently Hiring- Interviews Currently being Scheduled via video for TODAY!
-$16/hr.
-Remote AFTER two weeks of onsite training
-Full time- 40 hours a week
-Shift scheduled between 6am-7pm M-F (may be a few Saturday's required)

Our exclusive client, who is the largest provider of One Call services in North America supporting 17 states, is currently looking for several Call Center Customer Service Representatives (CSR). These Customer Service Centers are inbound notification centers that receive requests for the marking of buried utility lines prior to digging. The Customer Service Representative will answer inbound calls. These are information gathering calls so there is no sales involved.
Call Center Representative/ Customer Service CSR Responsibilities:
-Answer approximately 50-60 calls per day
-Process digging project tickets after each inbound call efficiently and effectively
-Obtain sufficient and accurate ticket information from callers.
-Map the location data on our clients software
-Maintain professional communication on every call and with every interaction while using call guides and training provided
The CSR will gather the following information (just an example of some of the information):
1. Contact information of customer
2. Type of work being performed
3. Details of the digging project
4. Location of where the digging project will take place
Call Center Representative/ Customer Service CSR Requirements:
-Customer Service Experience of any form
Strong Communication skills
Willingness to learn, be coached and share ideas
-Self-motivated attitude
-Proven ability to be a team player but also work independently
-Attention to detail and the ability to truly listen to the customer
-Must be punctual and reliable
-Follow all company policies and procedures
