Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Conduct property tours for potential residents and highlight the features and amenities of the community
- Assist applicants with the leasing process, including completing applications and lease agreements
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person regarding leasing availability, current residents, and general community information
- Building professional relations with residents
- Collaboration with the maintenance team
- Assist with resolving tenant issues and conflicts and follow all Fair Housing Laws
