We are looking for qualified logistics professional responsible for optimizing freight transportation by strategically planning and coordinating the shipments onto trucks, ensuring efficient delivery schedules, often working closely with dispatchers and customers to manage the entire shipping process while minimizing costs and maximizing on-time deliveries; key duties include analyzing customer orders, selecting appropriate drivers / trucks, creating load plans, tracking shipments, and resolving any logistical issues that may arise.

QUALIFICATIONS
2-3 years in the transportation and logistics field is a MUST
Strong communication skills via phone, email, and face to face
Extensive experience with transportation management software
Work well in a fast paced environment
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Highly organized with the ability to follow through in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of applicable transportation regulations and laws
