Linentablecloth.com – Office/Customer Service Associate
Linentablecloth.com is a leading online retailer of table linens and party products. We're looking for a creative, energetic Office and Customer Service person to join our team. This position is multi-faceted, with room to grow.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Associate performs all aspects of Linentablecloth.com’s customer service, including email and chat communication with customers, processing returns, assisting with Amazon orders fulfillment, and helping with our website orders fulfillment process as necessary.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle daily communications with our customers: email and chat only – we do not have phone support
- Monitor social media sites, and assist with social media posts
- Process returned packages, make determinations on returns, then communicate with returns customers
- Assist warehouse crew with order fulfillment as necessary
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written. Spanish language skills are a big plus.
- Comfortable in an independent workspace; can stay self-motivated and driven
- Proficient with customer service systems
- Proficiency working with Google Workspace (email, Calendar, Drive, Sheets/Docs)
- Positive attitude, exercises good judgment, is an excellent collaborator, and demonstrates a growth mindset
- Versatility and flexibility to adapt as company grows
- Hard work advocate, willing to go above and beyond to meet deadlines and achieve results
PAY - $19 per hour start
BENEFITS
- Up to Two weeks paid time off per year; along with 5 paid holiday days each year
- Monthly allowance (currently $250) for company health insurance
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
- Must be legally entitled to work in the United States
- Work will be conducted on-site at Linentablecloth.com (Sherwood, Oregon)
