Customer Service / Reservations Agent (Portland, OR – NE Portland)
Compensation: Hourly, $17.00 - $19.00 per hour (based on experience)

Lucky Transportation is looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Customer Service / Reservations Agent to join our team!

What You’ll Do-
Answer multi-line phones promptly and professionally (within 3 rings).
Provide quotes, service details, and fleet availability information to customers via phone, email, and in person.
Process and confirm reservations through our company system.
Verify future reservation paperwork for accuracy.
Respond to customer emails and complete online reservation requests.
Assist dispatch with scheduling and assigning drivers when needed.
What We’re Looking For-
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, Internet).
Ability to type at least 25 WPM.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
One year of customer service experience (call center experience a plus).
Fluent in English (verbal and written).
Valid driver’s license.
Familiarity with the Portland area and tri-county region preferred.
Positive attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Other skills/ abilities-
Ability to handle a fast-paced, varied, and busy work environment. Ability to multi-task; such as answering the phone, writing down reservations and looking at pricing charts. Dispatch experience is a plus! Positive teamwork attitude is a must
Work Environment-
This position is primarily office-based. You’ll be sitting at a desk, answering phones, typing, and using a computer most of the time, with occasional walking between office areas.
