Powell’s Books, the largest independent bookseller in the world, is seeking a part-time Generalist to work at our beautiful Portland International Airport location. Candidates should have an interest in and an aptitude for excellent customer service in a busy environment, proactive bookselling, and visual merchandising.
The schedule is:
Monday: Off
Tuesday: Off
Wednesday: 12-5pm
Thursday: 2-7pm
Friday: 11-4pm
Saturday: 12-5pm
Sunday: Off
The starting wage for this position is $16.30 per hour, with a wage increase to $17.00 effective the first day of the pay period following the 31st calendar day from hire.
