We are currently seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview: The Office Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our facility, ensuring smooth functioning and exceptional client experiences. This position requires a proactive leader who is passionate about animal care and client service.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership:Oversee daily operations, including scheduling classes, managing client communications, and coordinating staff activities to ensure efficient workflow and a positive experience for both dogs and their owners.
Client Relations:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns, managing registrations, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued throughout their training journey.
Financial Management:Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the financial health of the facility. Maintain vendor relationships and coordinate supply orders.
Marketing and Outreach:Collaborate with the team to develop marketing strategies, manage social media accounts, and promote upcoming classes and events to attract new clients.
Strategic Planning:Work with leadership to develop and implement long-term growth strategies and operational improvements that enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
Facility Management:Ensure training facilities and equipment are clean, safe, and well-maintained for all training activities.
End of Day Closing: This will require checking out dogs and closing up the facility. Some cleaning duties are expected. Must be comfortable leashing up and sending home dogs of a variety of sizes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Associate's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred but not required.
Proven experience in office management or a similar role, ideally within the pet care or service industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
Proficiency in office software and management tools; familiarity with Gingr is a plus.
Passion for animals and understanding of dog training concepts is highly desirable.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
