Job Summary:
Our industry-leading door and millwork company has an entry-level opportunity for an organized and dedicated Scheduler to join our successful team! Our long-term, relationship-based customers are professional home builders in the Portland Metro area. As a scheduler, you will communicate with our customers via phone, text, and/or email to coordinate their delivery needs and plan our daily manufacturing schedule. If you enjoy taking care of customers and a fast-paced, decision-oriented position in a stable business environment, this is the opportunity for you!
Responsibilities and Duties
Daily hands on customer and department communication
Work directly with the builder or homeowner to help them meet their delivery needs
Manage the computerized and paper production scheduling system
Maintain a customer friendly and professional attitude when dealing with customers
Basic computer skills and typing skills
Detail oriented and good organizational skills
