Position: Front Desk Temp
Location: HeatGuy, LLC
Duration: May through August
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Lunch: 1-hour lunch break (12:00 PM - 1:00 PM)
Pay: $16.66 per hour paid weekly (on Friday)
Job Responsibilities:
Answering phones and directing calls
Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
Data entry and maintaining accurate records
Scanning, saving, and organizing files
Light cashier duties and processing payments
Greet customers and help with walk-ins
Assisting with various tasks as assigned by management
Prior office experience is preferred but not required. This role operates on a fixed schedule, and flexibility in work hours is not currently available.
