Club Crew Position - will be responsible for welcoming and checking in guests at The Yacht Tub Club. Other responsibilities will include light cleaning/organizing, booking reservations, processing guests payments, answering phones, assisting the Dock Crew with boats, and providing top notch customer service to guests. The ideal candidate will be responsible, reliable, have excellent communication skills, outgoing, hospitable, knowledge of computer booking systems (or ability to learn), and comfortable around water.
Dock Crew Position - will be responsible for preparing, cleaning, maintaining, and moving the boats. The Dock Hands will also greet guests, assist them with operating the boats and troubleshoot any problems. The ideal candidate will be responsible, reliable, have good communication skills, hospitable, have experience with operating boats, general mechanics of boats, and high level of comfort around water. This position is for the person that enjoys the outdoors, since a majority of the time will be spent down at the docks. Dock Crew must have the ability to work extensively on their feet, and ability to lift minimum 75lbs. This is a fairly physical position.
Both positions are part time for the right people for 2 to 3 days per week. We are open Wednesday thru Monday with most rentals on weekday afternoons/evenings and full days Fridays/Saturdays/Sundays. We are mostly lookking for someone for Saturday and Sunday Mornings/Afternoone, with occasional ability to fill in other times. We work with our crew to find a schedule that fits everyones needs. Compensation $17/hr - $18/hr + tips (avg. $5-10/hr)! Perk is free Yacht Tub rides for you and your friends!
