Established half-day preschool program in Sellwood seeking exceptional Assistant Teacher who loves working with children ages 18 months through five years. Must be energetic, kind, personable, and eager to learn. Prefer experience with toddlers and/or preschoolers. Low student:teacher ratio, wonderful, friendly families and co-workers. Also open to hiring a more experienced teacher to co-teach!
Hours are 8:30 to 11:45 AM and 12:30 to 3:45/4:45 PM. Would also consider hiring two teachers, one for mornings and one for afternoons. Four paid vacation weeks per year (March, June, August, and December) plus all major holidays.
