We are a large childcare center looking for energetic and creative Infant Teachers and assistants to join our dynamic team.

The position for qualified teachers requires one of the following: An Oregon Registry Step 8 or higher, an associates, bachelors or higher degree in the field or one year of experience in the field. (early childhood education, family studies, human development, child development, etc.)
Additional Requirements: Enrollment in the Oregon Background Registry.
Our teachers are responsible for establishing and maintaining a safe, healthy and nurturing learning environment, advancing physical and intellectual competence, supporting social and emotional development, providing guidance, establishing positive and productive relationships with families and maintaining a commitment to professionalism.
Each Child shall receive physical contact and individual attention throughout the day, i.e. being held, talked to, sung to, read to, and taken outside daily to play on the playground, as well as taken on Planned Field Trips.
Creates opportunities for children to play with a variety of safe toys and objects; encourages use of all five senses, encourages and promotes self-help skills.
Attends and participates in staff training's, center pre-service and in-service training's, and other continuing education, career and professional development opportunities.
