Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor children's indoor and outdoor activities
Develop an understanding of each child’s progress, routines, and interests and relay needed information to parents
Provide a safe and loving environment for the infants/child in our care
Serve meals
Help in the bathroom and change diapers as needed
Ensure play, sleep, and changing areas are kept clean
Qualifications
Required
Ability to work a minimum of 4 hours between 7:15 am - 5:00 pm Monday - Friday
Ability to lift 35-40lbs, bend, and stand
Reliable transportation to and from work
Must complete 16 hours of annual Early Childhood Education courses (paid)
Ability to pass a drug screen and have a current background check
Caring individual who is passionate about teaching young children
Optional / Desired
Experience in a Montessori classroom is a plus
Experience in customer service
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
